Q: Can you help source electronic components for PCBA manufacturing?
A: Yes. We offer full BOM management and component sourcing service. We procure active, passive and electromechanical parts from verified suppliers, and provide material traceability for all components.
Q: What quality inspection and testing methods are available for assembled boards?
A: We use AOI optical inspection, X-ray inspection for BGA joints, ICT testing and custom functional testing. All assembly work follows IPC-A-610 standards, and we can supply inspection & FAI reports on request.
Q: What documents are required for PCBA quotation and assembly?
A: Please provide Gerber files, BOM list, assembly drawing, pick & place file, plus your test requirements and order quantity. You can supply your own bare PCBs or let us manufacture bare boards together as a turnkey solution.
